In Loving Memory of Judy Tincher

Judy Tincher

The Judy Tincher Charitable Tissue Fund (JTF), founded in 2018 through a generous gift from Mr. & Mrs. Ron Tierney in memory of their friend Judy Tincher, provides charitable ocular tissue and services to the medically under- or uninsured in The Eye Bank of Kentucky’s service area.

Judy, a Clinical Dietitian and Manager at Saint Joseph Hospital, was deeply involved in her community through organizations like the Lexington Lioness Club and Alzheimer’s Best Friend Program. Despite her own vision challenges, including five sight-restoring corneal transplants, Judy continued her service to others until her passing in 2018.

Since its founding, the JTF has provided $21,665 in assistance to seventy-seven individuals, including twenty-three people this year alone. Thanks to all contributors who help the JTF give the gift of sight to those in need, ensuring its impact for generations.

Bring hope and sight to those in need - support the Judy Tincher Charitable Tissue Fund today.
